Diaper Donation at the Anne Douglas Center- Los Angeles Mission

Help a Mother Out, with Huggies, dontates 40,000 diapers to the Anne Douglas Center for Women at the Los Angeles Mission.
Not too long ago I had the pleasure of witnessing the call to help from the Help a Mother Out organization, (HAMO). The organization had made a generous donation of 40,000 diapers in part of Huggies to the Anne Douglas Center for Women at the Los Angeles Mission.
HAMO, is on mission to cover little bottoms in impoverished communities. Many families in these communities often make tough financial decisions to keep their children fed. Some of those decisions made include using diapers for longer than intended lengths of time causing serious rashes and irritations on their babies’ bottoms. HAMO goes into much detail as to why there is a need for disposable diapers versus the reusable type.

Fellow bloggers at the Anne Douglas Center for Women. Kim Tracy Prince, HAMO Los Angeles Representative being interviewed by local media.
Along with the Los Angeles HAMO representative, Kim Tracy Prince, we bloggers {Sarah~Mar Vista Mom, Julia~Blogging.LA, and Tania~Pure Natural Diva}were invited to tour the facility. I was very impressed at the length of help the center gives to the women who come their. The Anne Douglas Center for Women offers women, whom are destitute, a year long rehabilitation program. This is a warm place where these women can turn their lives around in a healthy manner.
Thank you Kim Tracy Prince for inviting me to witness this incredible experience.
Thank you Los Angles Rescue Mission and especially the Anne Douglas Center for Women, for your hospitality. It was an eye opening experience.
